This is the second NanoMission in MacHeist 3. It appeared around 10 PM EST on February 18, 2009. The briefing deals with a package sent from the "Source" that contained a device labeled "URGENT." Agents must find a way to use the device in order to continue using the Mainframe to repair the timeline.

Briefing Transcript

• Agents, we have received this large package from the "Source." All that was inside was a mysterious device and a note containing only one word: URGENT. You must solve the mystery of this object as soon as possible.

Hints

• Blank screen? Well, it doesn't look like there are any buttons... maybe it responds to touch?

• Look familiar? That's a 9x9 grid there... what other popular craze that swept the nation a couple years ago used a 9x9 grid?

• A code, huh? Well, that one line is highlighted...

• Those characters look like a type of runes... maybe a quick Wikipedia search will tell you which kind.

Walkthrough

The solution to the first puzzle is: The "Authorization Code" can easily be solved by translating the symbols, which are runes. Answer is "elroyimac"

By starting the nanoMission, the user gets Fresh for free; by completing it, they are rewarded with Blitz.

The debriefing tells the agent that the time machine has successfully told Steve Jobs of the original iMac design. Sophia closes with a warning about the dangers of altering the space-time continuum in her own, Russian, way.
