How to get points
It is unclear how points are assigned/given out. Completion of missions likely gives the majority of points. Other possibilities of the sources of points include: posting to forums, sending private messages, being helpful to other agents, and arbitrary acts of the Directorate, Staff, or Moderators.
How to lose points
It is unclear how points are removed. Possibilities of the causes of losing points include: being mean spirited, being purposefully unhelpful to other agents, and arbitrary acts of the Directorate, Staff, or Moderators.
