Mission 1 has ended!

Briefing

Hello Heister,

You have been recruited by The Amazon Group for a special mission. MacHeist has informed us that you are one of their best operatives, and because of this we are asking you to participate in taking down one of the biggest ICB’s (International Crime Boss) in the Warez Under-World.

Your target is a man who goes by the alias of Jean-Yves Methot — his real name remains unknown. — His recent business ventures have brought him to the Amazon and we want him out. We intend to do this by sending him a clear message that The Amazon Group will not tolerate this behavior.

We recently recieved contact from a former business partner who was left on the bad end of one of Mr. Methot’s many “deals.” The contact revealed to us that Mr. Methot keeps most of his money in an Online Casino, unfortunately, we are unsure of its whereabouts.

However he mentioned that it was protected by a revolutionary new Image Recognition Security System developed by Micro-Security Inc. Unfortunately, before he was able to contact us with a backdoor, he was silenced by Mr. Methot, and all record of his existence had been wiped off the face of the planet.

We have, however, discovered that his contact is, in fact, a member of MacHeist. Regrettably, after what happened to his friend, he problably would not be overly eager to come forward. It is your job to discover this contact and recover the backdoor to the Casino. Once you have gained access to Mr. Methot’s account, transfer $1,000,000 to “The Amazon Group”, and we can assure you your efforts will not go unrewarded.

Signed,
The Amazon Group
